Training Design
1. Interactive Learning
Engaging two-way learning sessions that create space for questions, discussions, and direct guidance from experienced coaches.
2. Personal Reflection
2 x 8 hours
Onsite Training Over 2 Days
Guided personal reflection using a structured workbook designed to deepen understanding and application.
3. Discussion & Simulation
Interactive group discussions and mentoring simulations that provide practical experience in real-life mentoring situations.
Training Modules
The modules that will be shared include:

Biblical principles and competencies for mentoring teens/youth
How mentors help teenagers/youth recognize their potential (assets) and life goals

Starting and building a growing community of faith among teens/young adults

Initiating and building positive mentoring relationships with impactful youth/adolescents

Best Practices : Mistakes in mentoring teenagers/youth and how to overcome them

Equipping teens/youth to become mentors to their peers

Host Requirements
To ensure a smooth and effective training experience, the following requirements are expected from the host:
